Our project management cycle:
- You contact us with details of your web design or web development project.
- We give you a preliminary estimate of project costs and suggest what resources (photos / video / product descriptions / sales copy etc.) we will need from you to complete the web project.
- If you are satisfied with the preliminary estimate we arrange a Skype consultation (or in person if you are located in Tokyo, Japan).
- We create a draft version of the web design based on our discussions.
- If you are satisfied with our draft proposal, we formalize a contract, ask you to make an initial deposit and we commence work on the rest of the web project.
- Once the web project is complete we have a final consultation.
- Subject to further modifications, feature requests and user training if required, we ask for the balance of the web project fee.
So as you can see there is no commitment necessary until and unless you are impressed with our work. We feel confident you will be!
