Can you explain your project development process?

Our project development cycle:

1. You contact us with details of your web design or web development project.

2. We give you a preliminary estimate of project costs and suggest what resources (photos / video / product descriptions / sales copy etc.) we will need from you to complete the web project.

3. If you are satisfied with the preliminary estimate we arrange a Skype consultation (or in person if you are located in Tokyo, Japan).

4. We create a draft version of the web design based on our discussions.

5. If you are satisfied with our draft proposal, we formalize a contract, ask you to make an initial deposit and we commence work on the rest of the web project.

6. Once the project is complete we ask for the balance of the web project fee.

Do I really need a web site?

Are your clients Japanese or foreigners?

We work with anyone who is interested in promoting a product or service in the Japanese market. Our clients are both Japanese AND foreigners.

Do you provide face to face consultations?

We can arrange for face to face meetings for clients in the Tokyo Metropolitan district. Otherwise we can arrange for it all to be done via Skype teleconferencing. We have various other online tools available which we believe make internet collaboration a convenient and cost effective medium. No matter whether you are based in Sapporo, San Francisco or Sydney, we can easily work with you to meet your project goals.

How do you accept payment?

We accept payment either through PayPal online transfer OR through direct bank account transfer (furikomi) to our Japan Netbank account. Banking details available on request.

How much deposit do you require at the beginning of a web project?

The initial project deposit is 50% of the total web design and web development cost PLUS 100% of the total domain, hosting, logo design and content creation charges.

Do you really offer FREE website customization?

At the present time we offer free website solutions for "not-for-profit" organizations. We only ask that you pay any domain, hosting and other ancillary costs in full and up front.
